We believe home runs best when there’s a clear playbook.

Meet Caroline

Before this work, I spent years in healthcare — as a PICU nurse, charge nurse, and later in hospital leadership — working inside complex systems where clear roles, planning ahead, and the right support mattered.

That experience shaped how I think about structure and decision-making. And still, like many parents, I reached a point where life changed and the old way of managing everything no longer worked.

Motherhood, growing responsibilities, and a fuller home made it clear that effort wasn’t the problem — the system itself needed to adjust.

Today, I work with families whose lives have grown fuller and whose current setup no longer quite fits. I help them step back, see what’s changing, and build a clear, workable way forward — whether that means rethinking roles, adjusting support, or planning through decisions that have been sitting unresolved.

If the old way isn’t working anymore, you don’t have to sort it through alone.
